- Items paid for by check will be shipped in approximately 10 day after
receipt of the check to allow time for the check to clear. We have had
a few problems with checks recently.

*IMPORTANT: All items are
impressed with a watermark which WILL WASH OFF. Returns will not be accepted
if this water mark is missing.
* We use plenty of bubblewrap and padding on all items, but in the unlikely
event your item is damaged in shipping, please advise us and keep the
original packaging.
* The item must be returned to post office as quickly as possible and
get PS form 1000 to file a claim. We will supply you with copies of the
insurance receipt.
* All items are insured for the amount of your purchase. Insurance is
mandatory to protect you in the unlikely event of damage or lost mail.
* All items are shipped United States Postal
Service. There is a minimal surcharge if you require UPS.
